About The Position
U.S. Healthcare Services provides in-home services to students throughout Pennsylvania who attend Cyber Charter School. This is an in-person, one-on-one opportunity to provide support services to a 5th grader near Quakertown, PA, for 6 hours/day during the school day. This role is for per-diem independent contract work that is flexible and convenient.
Requirements
- Completion of some college coursework
- Experience working with children preferred
- Able to obtain clearances
Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one assistance and encourage participation in live online sessions.
- Foster a supportive classroom environment by providing positive reinforcement, redirection, and strategies for self-regulation.
- Adapt instructional materials as directed by the teacher.
- Reinforce lessons and concepts introduced by the teacher.
- Check class work and assist with homework.
