About The Position
Needham Public Schools is an inclusive, dynamic, and multicultural community seeking an energetic, skilled, and warm Instructional Assistant to join our team. The Special Education Instructional Assistant works in inclusive settings and in special education classrooms to support students with disabilities. IAs are trained and supported by the Special Education Liaison, BCBA, Special Education Director, and the classroom teacher. The special education department takes a team approach in supporting the needs of the students.

Responsibilities
- Provide academic, behavioral, and/or emotional support for students during the day, in the general education setting and/or the special education setting.
Benefits
- Hourly rate range: $23.94 - $27.97/hr
