About The Position
The Instructional Assistant (IHE) position is a full-time role for 10 months and 183 days per year. The pay rate is based on the Instructional Assistant Grade C2b Salary Scale, with credit given for years of full-time experience in a related position. This position is effective for the 2026-2027 school year.
Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma or its recognized equivalent
- Completed two years of study (48 credit hours) at an institution of higher education; or Hold an associate's (or higher) degree; or Have passed the Parapro Assessment through ETS.
- Basic reading, writing, and computation skills
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Proof of highly qualified certification must be attached to your application to be considered for this position.
