About The Position
Duxbury Middle School is seeking an Instructional Assistant to provide direct student support as a member of the Partnership (Social Emotional) Program. The role focuses on supporting students throughout the school building. Requirements
- Experience meeting the needs of diverse learners.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Citizenship, residency, or a work visa is required.

- An associate degree is considered with relevant experience.
- Management skills that support students' social-emotional learning.
