About The Position
This position is for an Instructional Assistant III in a Least Restrictive Environment (LRE) program, specifically within a Resource Room for grades K-2. The role involves supporting students in a special education setting. Applicants and employees are responsible for uploading all required documents as listed in the job description. This is a 9-month position with 6 hours per day.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Associate degree from an accredited college or university, OR 60 semester hours of college coursework, OR Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- One (1) year of experience as an Instructional Assistant or in a related capacity.
- Must possess or be eligible for a Nevada State Board of Education Instructional Aide II license.
- Must possess or be eligible for a valid Nevada driver's license.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
