About The Position
The Instructional Aide supports instruction in a kindergarten setting at Harvest. Applicants must be “Highly Qualified” under NCLB requirements: have a high school diploma or equivalent and meet at least one of these qualifications—two years of study equal to 48 units, an associate degree or higher, California Basic Educational Skills Test (CBEST), or the ability to pass the Paraeducator Exam. Applicants must provide three professional references on the application. In-house candidates must also attach three professional references and may use the professional references form linked in the posting. Applicants must attach at least one document from each required document type listed in the posting. The specified documents are a transcript showing 48 or more units, or an alternative document showing an associate degree or higher or NCLB certification, and a resume.
