The pay range for this job profile is $16.65 - $21.77. The offer for this position will fall within this range based on internal equity, unit's available budget, and the candidate's qualifications. Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- Two years of relevant experience
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's Degree in the Life Sciences
- Experience as an instructor in a biology classroom setting
Responsibilities
- Instruct four laboratory sections of Biology 1101, 1110, 1113, or 1114 in autumn and spring semesters
- Develop and deliver student-centered recitations
- Guide students through prescribed laboratory exercises
- Grade course assignments and post scores to the LMS
- Attend course lectures
- Hold student office hours and respond to student emails
- Participate in professional development opportunities
