A high school diploma or GED is required
You should be a pro with technology, from Microsoft Office to Google Apps like Gmail and Sheets.
You can speak and write clearly without being overly verbose (no "word salads" here!).
You maintain stable performance even when things get a little time-pressured or stressful.
