Provides quality service to internal and external members in-person and over the telephone. Performs all duties assigned to the teller and member services areas according to established policies and procedures. This role requires maintaining a working knowledge of credit union products and services, promoting them to members, and completing various operational and administrative tasks. The position also involves assisting members with account management, loan applications, and financial claims, as well as performing teller duties and ensuring office security procedures are followed.
