The onboarding team collaborates to provide new and prospective clients with exceptional attention and support. Experienced team members serve as mentors, guiding junior staff. This structure enhances the overall knowledge within the team. Their hands-on training program is designed for entry-level candidates, pairing them with a mentor and allowing them to work within a cohesive team in a nurturing environment that fosters a supportive culture. As they progress, rotational opportunities and Series 7 sponsorship are available.

Requirements

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree, preferably finance or economics – all major’s welcome
  • Working with clients in any capacity
  • Familiarity with Microsoft products preferred
  • Bilingual Spanish roles available
  • Self-motivated and able to handle tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Superb analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication (Verbal and written) skills.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with new, and prospective, client inquiries via telephone, e-mail, and tickets
  • Coordinate new client onboarding process, helping with applications, approvals, asset deposits, incoming transfers, and reporting.
  • Host individualized platform-related client training sessions using Teams.
  • Consistently provide a friendly, helpful, and professional client experience.
