About The Position

Manages an overall organization educational engagement for faculty, staff, and students with respect to institutional engagement and wellbeing. Works with leadership on engagement strategies and to support efforts to retain students, faculty, and staff. Assists in the strategic planning of educational outreach, educational initiatives for faculty and staff, and policy. Executes comprehensive cross-cultural educational opportunities.

Requirements

• Experience in educational engagement for faculty, staff, and students.
• Experience with institutional engagement and wellbeing strategies.
• Experience working with leadership on engagement strategies.
• Experience supporting efforts to retain students, faculty, and staff.
• Experience in strategic planning of educational outreach and initiatives.
• Experience in developing educational initiatives for faculty and staff.
• Experience with policy development.
• Experience executing cross-cultural educational opportunities.
