About The Position

Sprott USA, a division of the Sprott Group of Companies, provides US and international investors with a full range of precious metals and critical materials investment options, including separately managed accounts, brokerage services and private placements. SAM USA is looking for a highly motivated, full-time Institutional Client Relations Associate to join its team in its New York City office. This position will report to the Managing Partner, Investor & Institutional Client Relations and will be responsible for supporting the Investor & Institutional Client Relations team for Sprott Inc. (the public parent company (NYSE/TSX:SII)) and Sprott Asset Management USA. This is a hybrid position, with a requirement of in-office attendance Monday – Thursday.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2-4 years of professional work experience, preferably in investor relations, investment banking, or client services
  • Familiarity with public company continuous disclosure requirements
  • Strong interest in markets, specifically commodities and natural resources
  • FINRA Series 7 License required

Nice To Haves

  • Experience writing press releases is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Work with multiple members of the Institutional team to deliver high-quality client service and communications
  • Develop a strong understanding of Sprott’s investment strategies and positioning
  • Assist in prospecting, tracking, and maintaining client relationships via CRM
  • Support preparation for client meetings, including identifying materials to use, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across materials, and coordinating inputs across teams
  • Assist with drafting, disseminating and filing press releases
  • Coordinate quarterly board meeting materials including PowerPoint presentations
  • Manage periodic requests from clients, including quarterly DDQs, RFIs, and other deliverables
