The Institutional Affairs Coordinator provides internal and executive communications support for Louisiana State University of Alexandria, helping ensure that leadership messages, presentations, briefing materials, announcements, newsletters, event communications, and other assets are clear, polished, accessible, and aligned with institutional brand standards. Reporting to the Assistant Vice Chancellor for Strategic Communications, this role supports high-visibility and time-sensitive communications needs for the Chancellor’s Office, executive leadership team, and the Division of Strategic Communications by translating institutional decisions, priorities, initiatives, events, and accomplishments into consistent messaging for faculty, staff, students, campus stakeholders, and external audiences as needed. With a strong working relationship with the Chancellor’s Chief of Staff, the coordinator serves as a trusted partner in strengthening clarity, consistency, institutional alignment, and effective communication at the senior leadership level.
