We specialize in waterproofing, foundation repair, crawl space encapsulation, and basement finishing. Requirements

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces (basements/crawl spaces)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Knowledge of construction or related trades preferred.
Ability and skill in operating equipment and/and power tools preferred.
Ability to understand, speak, read, and write in English preferred.
Possess talent and personal traits: Customer Focus, Integrity, Personal Accountability, Problem Solving, Self-Management, Stress Management, Work Ethic, Teamwork
High school diploma or GED preferred; 1+ years of experience in the -construction trades; or, A combination of education and experience that illustrates a proven track record in this field.
Must have a valid driver’s license.

Construction or general labor experience is a plus (but not required — we’ll train you!)
Willingness to work hard, learn new skills, and show up as a team player

Responsibilities

Install waterproofing and crawl space systems according to company standards
Use power tools, hand tools, and job-specific equipment safely and effectively
Load/unload materials and maintain job site cleanliness
Work alongside and support your crew to deliver high-quality work and an exceptional customer experience
Communicate with team leaders to solve problems and ensure successful project completion
Represent the company in a respectful, responsible, and professional manner at all times
