About The Position

Install and assemble mechanical equipment and piping products in a factory production shop. Work with pipefitters, installers, quality-control staff, and support personnel to carry out production processes safely and efficiently, meet quality standards and delivery dates, and stay within operational budgets. The role involves hands-on work with tools, drawings, and fabrication processes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The posting describes three levels. Installer-1 performs basic trade tasks under supervision and is intended for someone with foundational installer, builder, or assembler skills who is eager to learn. Installer-2 performs more complex work independently, interprets technical drawings, meets quality and delivery expectations, and trains Installer-1 employees. Installer-3 handles complex installation requirements and troubleshooting, works independently from advanced blueprints, collaborates with engineering and production teams, leads and develops a cross-functional manufacturing team, and supports lean manufacturing and continuous improvement. The position generally works Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; hours may vary based on business needs. The advertised pay is $22–$32 per hour, with weekly pay and benefits.
