Requirements
- Strong mechanical skills with the ability to assemble equipment and perform maintenance functions.
- Commitment to delivering great service and representing the company professionally in the field.
- Ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members while documenting completed work.
- Comfortable reading and interpreting blueprints to support installation and repair work.
- Basic computer skills to complete work orders and service-related documentation.
- Valid work authorization and ability to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, inspect, repair, assemble, and service irrigation equipment to support reliable field performance.
- Conduct equipment assessments, provide service solutions, and help deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Perform drip tape installation and retrieval while maintaining related equipment and components.
- Document repairs, complete work orders, and maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment.
- Follow safety procedures, participate in training, and collaborate with teammates to support overall operations.
