About The Position

Art of Drawers is looking for part-time installation partners who are skilled craftsmen who know how to use a toolbox, saw, drill, and level and want to be known for providing a platinum level of service. We create joyful, inspirational experiences for our clients through custom-crafted pull-out drawers and storage solutions to fit in existing cabinets. By designing and installing pull-out drawers and other organizational solutions, we give our customers more space, more organization, and frustration-free access to the items they use every day. We are growing and looking to hire people-oriented craftsmen and women to build relationships and install our organizational solutions. We provide the training, and you provide the passion and motivation. Art of Drawers was founded in 2019 and has been reshaping the home improvement industry ever since. We believe in transparency, innovation, and premium service for our customers as well as our staff. Requirements

• Experience in carpentry, cabinetry, handyman work, or skilled trades.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in clean, precise craftsmanship.
• Professional, punctual, customer-respectful demeanor.
• Comfort with standardized install methods and quality guidelines.
• Ability to identify issues early and communicate clearly.
• Tools and transportation appropriate for delivering and installing product.

• Cabinet refacing or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Install custom-crafted pull-out drawers and storage solutions.
• Provide a platinum level of service to clients.
• Use a toolbox, saw, drill, and level effectively.
