About The Position
LaForce is looking for a dedicated Installer to work out of our Denver location. In this hands-on role, you’ll be installing doors, frames, and hardware in commercial buildings. We provide all the tools, safety gear, a work vehicle, and cover your travel to job sites. Best of all, you’ll enjoy day shift hours with no nights or weekends! Requirements
- 1-2 years of carpentry or construction experience.
- A valid driver’s license with a good record is essential.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with commercial doors and hardware is a plus.
- 1-2 years of military experience will be considered in place of relevant carpentry or construction experience.
Responsibilities
- Installing doors, frames and hardware at customer sites and new commercial projects.
- Understanding work orders and executing them accurately.
- Problem-solving on the spot to adjust or replace materials as needed and ensure quality installations.
- Adjusting or replacing existing materials and safely operating power and hand tools.
- Representing our company professionally to keep customers happy and coming back.
