About The Position

The Installer is responsible for installing company products according to work orders, manufacturer instructions, quality standards, and safety guidelines. Products may include insulation, fireplaces, gutters, mirrors and shelving, garage doors, windows, shower enclosures, home wrap, and other products sold by the company. The role also includes preparing for daily work, transporting and staging materials, conducting safety inspections, reporting concerns, and performing warehouse-related duties as needed. Daily travel to local job sites is required, with out-of-town travel as needed. This is a safety-sensitive position.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver's license if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
• Meet the physical requirements of prolonged standing and repetitive motions, including bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling.
• Have good hand-eye coordination, hand dexterity, and physical strength.
• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds, depending on specific job duties.

Responsibilities

• Install company products in accordance with work orders, manufacturer instructions, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
• Review the daily work schedule and ensure the truck is loaded with the products, tools, and equipment needed for the day.
• Complete vehicle safety and job-site inspections.
• Safely unload and stage materials at job sites.
• Report safety, customer, or quality concerns.
• Perform warehouse-related duties as required.
• Perform other duties, tasks, or responsibilities as assigned.
