Requirements

Construction, carpentry, cabinetry, remodeling, or installation experience is preferred (but we're willing to train the right person)
Valid driver's license
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Dependable and punctual
Comfortable using hand and power tools
Ability to lift 50+ pounds
Pride in producing high-quality work and excellent customer service

Responsibilities

Install custom closets, garage cabinets, flooring, shelving, and organization systems
Deliver exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail
Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process
Maintain a clean and organized job site
Ensure every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to our high standards
Work closely with teammates to provide an outstanding customer experience
