About The Position

Assists Lead Installer with the installation of household appliances such as refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, etc. This role involves preparing appliances, handling job paperwork, cleaning work areas, pulling orders, loading and unloading trucks, and maintaining warehouse organization. The position requires physical capability for heavy lifting and bending, a driver's license, and good customer service skills.

Requirements

Driver’s license required.
Customer services skills and an ability to present oneself in a professional manner as a representative of the company.
Able to lift heavy objects, above 100 lbs.
Physically capable of frequent bending and lifting.

Responsibilities

Assisting install of household appliances such as washers, dryers, refrigerators, stoves, etc.
Prepares appliances as directed by lead installer.
Assists lead installer with job paperwork and input of electronic tracking data.
Responsible for cleaning work space before departure of jobsite.
Pulls Orders for the scheduled installs.
Assists loading truck for daily installs and deliveries.
Responsible for unloading and cleaning truck at the end of the work day.
Respectful handling of the customer and customer information; directing customer questions to lead installer.
Performs other related warehouse duties as assigned or requested by management.
Responsible for warehouse organization.
