About The Position

Loads trucks in preparation for the job site. Safely performs installation duties at the job site. Unloads and cleans trucks when done. Supports Master Service Companies management, mission, values, purpose and the Master Service Companies Way.

Requirements

• Knowledge of construction or related trades preferred.
• Ability and skill in operating equipment and/or power tools preferred.
• Ability to understand, speak, read, and write in English preferred.
• Possess talent and personal traits: Customer Focus Integrity Personal Accountability Problem Solving Self-Management Stress Management Work Ethic Teamwork
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 1+ years of experience in the -construction trades; or,
• A combination of education and experience that illustrates a proven track record in this field.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Loads trucks with materials, tools, and equipment as instructed by the Team Leader and/or Lead Installer.
• Safely and efficiently performs installation duties according to the Team Leader’s instructions and company-approved methods, standards, and timetables.
• Unloads and cleans the trucks when returning to Master Service Companies.
• Drive company vehicles when needed.
