You’ll help install our basement waterproofing, crawlspace encapsulation, and foundation repair systems that protect homes across Tennessee. Requirements

Ability to work hard and follow instructions in a team setting
Strong problem-solving skills and a high level of integrity
Reliable, self-managed, and committed to delivering top-notch results
Willingness to work in physically demanding environments (basements/crawlspaces
Must be at least 21 years of age to meet insurance requirements for operating company vehicles

Experience with construction or power tools is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

Load trucks with materials, tools, and equipment as directed by your Foreman or Co-Foreman
Follow safety protocols and install systems to company specifications and timelines
Work inside basements and crawlspaces to make homes safer and more energy-efficient
Unload and clean vehicles and equipment upon return
Deliver exceptional service that reflects our mission of "WOWing" the customer
