About The Position

Action Target is seeking creative and driven individuals to develop innovative firearms training technology, apply that technology to solve training problems, and provide ongoing service and support. This role involves installing various types of shooting range equipment at customer job sites, ranging from standard targetry ranges to full-size steel live fire shoot houses. The position requires 100% travel, including some international travel, and involves working in construction-type settings, both indoors and outdoors. Candidates must be able to lift a minimum of 70 lbs repeatedly, pass background checks for military/federal bases, and maintain a drug-free lifestyle. Requirements

• 100% Travel is required. Job sites scattered throughout the county, and some international travel as well.
• Job involves construction-type settings, indoor and/or outdoor work.
• Heavy lifting is required. A person must be able to lift and hold at a minimum of 70 lbs repeatedly throughout the day.
• Work may take place at various military/federal bases, and background checks will be conducted.
• Ability to speak and read English to effectively communicate with team members and customers, and to receive training and work assignments.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and maintain a drug-free lifestyle.

Responsibilities

• Install various types of shooting range equipment at customer job sites.
• Use various hand tools, power tools, and general construction equipment to install ATI products.
• Follow the Lead or Foreman's instructions to complete projects on time and on budget.
• Ensure work site is safe through personal work habits, and maintain a safe teamwork environment.
