About The Position

Dimensional Innovations (DI) is seeking a Travel Installer I to join their team. This role involves building memorable projects such as sports venues, museums, branded environments, and custom architectural installations. Requirements

1–3 years of installation experience in signage, construction, or a related trade
Basic ability to read blueprints or shop drawings
Basic electrical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
Must own basic hand tools and be comfortable using power tools
Willingness to travel extensively, often with short notice
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn

Nice To Haves

Experience with vinyl and graphics installation is a plus
OSHA and DOT certifications are preferred but not required
Ability to obtain an MEC for DOT

Responsibilities

Travel to project sites throughout the U.S. (typically 20+ days per month)
Install architectural elements, signage, graphics, and specialty components
Read and follow shop drawings and installation plans
Work alongside installation crews, Project Managers, and other trades
Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
Help load, transport, and install materials and equipment
Maintain a safe, organized job site
Communicate with your team while traveling and help solve challenges in the field
Deliver the level of quality and craftsmanship DI is known for
When not traveling, work from the Overland Park shop helping prepare for upcoming projects and supporting the production team.
