Join Logan Services as an HVAC Installer Apprentice and learn from experienced Lead Installers while getting paid to develop the skills that can take you from apprentice to skilled HVAC professional. No HVAC experience? That's okay. We're looking for people who are dependable, motivated, and ready to learn. We've been serving the Dayton area since 1969 and have grown into Columbus, Cincinnati, and Northern Kentucky. As the #1 residential Trane dealer, we're growing—and we're looking for people who want to grow with us. As an HVAC Install Apprentice, you'll work alongside experienced Lead Installers to install residential heating and cooling systems. You'll gain hands-on experience, learn the trade from professionals, and build the skills needed to advance your HVAC career.
Requirements

- No HVAC experience needed, but attitude and work ethic are important.
Responsibilities
- Assist Lead Installers with HVAC equipment installation and replacement
- Load, organize, and stage tools and materials
- Help maintain clean, organized, and safe jobsites
- Learn proper installation techniques and HVAC fundamentals
- Follow safety procedures and quality standards
- Learn troubleshooting and system diagnostics
- Communicate professionally with teammates and customers
- Build the knowledge and skills needed to advance within the trade
