Join Logan Services as an HVAC Installer Apprentice and learn from experienced Lead Installers while getting paid to develop the skills that can take you from apprentice to skilled HVAC professional. No HVAC experience? That's okay. We're looking for people who are dependable, motivated, and ready to learn. As an HVAC Install Apprentice, you'll work alongside experienced Lead Installers to install residential heating and cooling systems. You'll gain hands-on experience, learn the trade from professionals, and build the skills needed to advance your HVAC career.

Responsibilities
- Assist Lead Installers with HVAC equipment installation and replacement
- Load, organize, and stage tools and materials
- Help maintain clean, organized, and safe jobsites
- Learn proper installation techniques and HVAC fundamentals
- Follow safety procedures and quality standards
- Learn troubleshooting and system diagnostics
- Communicate professionally with teammates and customers
- Build the knowledge and skills needed to advance within the trade
