About The Position
Are you looking for an opportunity to learn a skilled trade and build a long-term career? Ark Remodeling is looking for an Installer Helper (Apprentice) to join our growing team. We specialize in transforming bathrooms with high-quality, low-maintenance bath solutions. As part of our team, you'll receive hands-on training and learn from experienced installers through our 1-year apprenticeship program, with the opportunity to advance into a Lead Installer role.
Requirements
- Experience using construction tools and power tools is required.
- Basic understanding of job site safety.
- Willingness to learn, take direction, and develop new skills.
- Reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Ability to lift materials and perform physical labor throughout the day.
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
Nice To Haves
- A minimum of one (1) year of experience in the construction industry is preferred, ideally in bathroom remodeling, shower installations, residential remodeling, or similar hands-on construction work.
- Previous acrylic bath installation experience is not required—we provide comprehensive training for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Assist with acrylic bath and shower installations.
- Help prepare job sites and organize materials.
- Learn proper installation techniques and safety procedures.
- Operate construction tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Protect customers' homes and provide a professional customer experience.
- Support Lead Installers during bathroom remodeling projects.
