Under direct supervision of the Field Foreman, a Gutter Installer will assist in the installation of gutters in single family new construction homes. Installations will be up to code and Villara’s exceptional quality standards.

Prior Gutter experience a plus
Subject to adverse weather conditions – extreme heat and cold
Job sites can be loud, dusty,
May be working in elevated areas (up to 2 stories)
Climbing, stooping, bending, crawling
Installers and Tradesman use a Field Skills Matrix to meet job goals and expectations – review with supervisor
All Villara employees are expected to work well with other team members, sub-contractors, and customers
Meeting deadlines as outlined by supervisor (bid times)
Showing up every day and on-time
Taking appropriate time for rest and meal breaks
No personal phone calls unless emergency
Complete timecards daily

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

Inspect roofs and prepare them for the gutter installation process.
Measure and cut sheet metal by using hand and power tools.
Use roof safety devices or fall protection gear. (Self-Retracting Life Line)Employee will be F.P. Certified.
Fabricating the gutter parts as per the requirements.
Move materials from delivery area to installation area.
Clean up all debris on the job site.
Exercise caution when operating or using tools and equipment and follow safety procedures.
Lean Principles including 5S
Other duties as assigned by Supervisor and Management.
