Installer Apprentice and Helper
About The Position
Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for quality craftsmanship? We are seeking a dedicated Installer Apprentice to join our dynamic team. If you have a background in construction, a commitment to excellence, and want career opportunities in a growing business, we want to hear from you! This is a full-time or part-time position where you will assist a lead installer with bathroom projects, ensuring they meet company standards and client specifications. We specialize in careful installation of luxury components over several days, as well as full bathroom remodels, not one-day installations. You will also be responsible for maintaining job flow by assisting with material delivery or pickup, supporting the lead installer, and ensuring a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements
- Some experience working in construction or warehousing, with a track record of punctuality, attention to detail, and problem solving.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfort with short projects and adhering to time schedules.
Nice To Haves
- A truck is preferred but not a requirement.
Responsibilities
- Assist a lead installer with bathroom projects according to company standards and client specifications.
- Maintain and support job flow by assisting with delivery or pickup of materials.
