About The Position

Lifestyle Home Products is looking for an experienced installer who loves teaching others to do it right. As our Installations Trainer, you'll train new hires from their first day on the job, visit jobsites across our True North Bath and Lifestyle's Windows and Doors teams to coach installers in real time, and help make sure every crew is building to the same high standard — no matter which location they're in.

Requirements

Real hands-on experience installing bath products, windows, or doors.
A natural teacher — patient, clear, and hands-on in how you coach.
A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Comfortable with frequent regional travel and occasional flights.
Self-motivated — you can plan your own schedule around where the training need is.
Proficiency with computers and learning new software.
Knowledge of industry regulations, best practices and health & safety

Responsibilities

Train new installers on our process, tools, and quality standards for both bath and window & door installs.
Travel to jobsites to observe installs and coach crews in person — mostly by vehicle, with occasional flights for out-of-region visits.
Work one-on-one with installers who need extra support to hit quality and speed targets.
Keep our training program current as our install process evolves.
Pitch in on onboarding or day-to-day operations when training isn't scheduled.
Travel to regional jobsites required.
Other duties as required.
