About The Position

As an Installations Associate, you will travel to customer’s places of business and install wall accessories, suggest areas for installation, trouble shoot and provide customers with operating instructions. The schedule for this role is Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 4:00pm. Occasional overnights, weekends and out of town work are expected.

Requirements

Basic knowledge of hand tools and installation techniques
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment and installation issues independently
Strong customer service and communication skills
Valid driver's license

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in installation, maintenance, field service, or facilities support preferred

Responsibilities

Travel to customer locations and arrive on time for scheduled service appointments
Install wall-mounted accessories, including toilet paper dispensers, baby changing stations, sanitary product dispensers, hand soap dispensers, and related equipment
Assess customer facilities and recommend appropriate placement of wall-mounted accessories
Remove and replace existing wall accessories as needed
Troubleshoot and resolve installation, removal, and equipment functionality issues
Provide customers with verbal and written instructions on the proper use and maintenance of installed equipment
Maintain company vehicle, ensuring it is clean, organized, and in good working condition
Accurately update customer records, service documentation, and required paperwork
Report regularly to the Denver warehouse to pick up parts, supplies, and equipment needed for service calls
