Installation Training Specialist

We are looking for our Operations Training Specialist who will be responsible for provision and effective delivery of all methods of installation for branch offices, as well as aide regional leaders in the implementation of installations programs, processes and initiatives. This role is fully remote and primarily posted in Chicago , with additional locations including Dallas and Kansas City . Candidate sourcing will focus on the Midwest and East Regions of the United States.
Requirements
- 5+ five years overall progressive experience installing new equipment and modernization of elevators and escalators.
- Strong background at the field installation level with progressive and demonstrated installation management, project management, and training skills.
Responsibilities
- Provides installation methods and process training to installation employees, including safety and quality training.
- Audits points within the documented processes to validate method and process alignment at the front-line level and provide feedback regarding changes needed to installation documentation, methods, training, design, manufacturing and delivery.
- Evaluates installations and provides recommendations and guidance to improve overall installation efficiency.
- Supports tendering/order development, installation planning & execution.
