About The Position

As an Installer Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the proper installation of insulation materials in residential and commercial buildings. Your work will contribute to energy efficiency, temperature regulation, and the overall comfort of our clients' spaces. The ideal candidate will have experience in insulation installation, strong work ethic, and a commitment to quality workmanship.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• No “insulation” experience required but is preferred.
• Knowledge of insulation materials, installation techniques, and equipment preferred.
• Working knowledge of siding, home building, drills and hand tools
• Have a valid driver license and good driving record
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate and efficient insulation.
• Effective problem-solving and communication skills.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and best practices in installation of insulation.

Responsibilities

• Install a variety of insulation materials, such as fiberglass and foam, in residential and commercial properties.
• Measure and cut insulation materials to fit specific spaces accurately.
• Seal gaps and joints to ensure effective insulation and energy efficiency.
• Safely operate equipment, such as blowers or sprayers, to distribute insulation materials.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure proper disposal of waste materials.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
