About The Position

We are seeking an Installation Technician to join our team. This role involves consulting with customers to assess their needs and recommend appropriate systems and equipment solutions. You will be responsible for installing, configuring, and testing equipment to ensure proper functionality, signal reception, and service activation. A key aspect of this role is evaluating site conditions and customer requirements to deliver the best possible solution for each location. You will also identify opportunities to improve system performance and functionality, providing recommendations to customers. Adherence to company safety policies and procedures is crucial to prevent injury and protect property. You will maintain accountability for company materials, tools, equipment, and ladders. Ensuring work areas are left clean and professional by removing debris, patching installation-related holes, and restoring the site to its original or better condition is also a responsibility. Additional duties may be assigned to support the organization's mission, vision, and core values.

Requirements

Installation experience preferred

Valid driver’s license
High School degree or the equivalent
