Installation Tech II
About The Position
Engage in physical tasks, such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials, to support construction projects. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to execute tasks accurately. Assist in site preparation, material handling, and job site cleanup. Install and repair structures, fixtures, and systems according to specifications. Conduct inspections to identify and troubleshoot issues, making necessary repairs and adjustments. Operate and maintain various construction tools, equipment, and machinery safely. Collaborate with other team members, contractors, and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow. Ensure all work complies with building codes, regulations, and company safety standards. Provide guidance and support to technicians. Complete assigned tasks within established timelines and report progress to the supervisor. True Up is an equal opportunity employer.
