Requirements

Ability to engage in physical tasks, such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
Ability to operate basic construction equipment, such as hand and power tools, jackhammers, drills, and compactors, under supervision and following safety guidelines.
Ability to assist in the loading, unloading, and transportation of construction materials.
Ability to prepare construction sites by clearing debris, leveling surfaces, and ensuring the availability of necessary tools and materials.
Ability to work under the guidance of more experienced construction workers and technicians.
Adherence to safety protocols and guidelines.
Ability to report safety concerns or incidents promptly.
Ability to keep tools and equipment in good condition.
Ability to collaborate with other construction team members.
Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization at the construction site.
Ability to record daily activities, work progress, and any issues encountered.

Responsibilities

Report any safety concerns or incidents promptly.
Keep tools and equipment in good condition by performing routine maintenance and reporting any issues to supervisors.
Collaborate with other construction team members to ensure efficient workflow and project completion.
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the construction site, including proper disposal of waste and debris.
Record daily activities, work progress, and any issues encountered during construction projects.
