Installation Support Coordinator

About The Position
This position is the backbone of our installation department. You’ll support scheduling, paperwork, and daily operations for 5 installation crews, while also working heavily with numbers, reports, and job performance tracking. No window and door experience needed—we will train you. What matters most is your work ethic, consistency, and willingness to learn.
Requirements

- Strong math and number-handling skills are REQUIRED (This role involves working with job numbers, labor percentages, payroll data, and performance tracking daily. Accuracy is critical.)

Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate installation jobs across 5 crews
- Communicate daily with customers and field teams
- Process completed job paperwork accurately
- Prepare and organize upcoming job packets
- Track and report key metrics, including: Completion rates, Labor percentages, Crew performance
- Assist with payroll preparation for installers
- Maintain organized records in CRM
- Order parts and support warranty requests
- Help solve issues and keep jobs moving efficiently
