This role is for the Installation Supervisor for KONE Richmond, VA, managing local installation operations. The position requires leading a team on construction sites with multiple subcontractors, prioritizing safety, providing learning opportunities, managing schedules and team performance, collaborating across the organization, and leveraging new technologies. The Installation Supervisor will guide teams on construction sites, understanding code requirements and building systems, and will work with general contractors to manage resources effectively.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant construction expertise.
  • Supervisory experience, ideally leading a union-represented workforce.
  • Understanding of code requirements and building systems knowledge.
  • Familiarity in working with general contractors.
  • Ability to effectively manage resources.
  • Associate degree in a related field or additional years of experience.
