About The Position

Renewal by Andersen of Roanoke is seeking an Installation Supervisor to join our growing Operations team! This role is ideal for someone with a construction or installation background who's passionate about leadership, quality control, and driving customer satisfaction. If you're organized, tech-savvy, and love working with people and processes - you'll thrive in this role. As the Installation Supervisor, you'll oversee our subcontracted installation crews - ensuring jobs are completed on time, on budget, and up to the highest quality standards. You'll be the go-to person for everything from crew compliance and job scheduling to training, field oversight, and project follow-ups. Your mission: deliver seamless installs while boosting customer satisfaction and helping us reach our Project NPS and Green Diamond goals.

Requirements

  • Experience in construction, installation supervision, or a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of construction standards, safety, and compliance
  • Skilled at managing multiple crews and complex scheduling
  • Tech-savvy - able to use tablets, dispatch tools, and communication apps
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and hold others accountable

  • Familiarity with RForce, Discord, and industry software
  • Training or certification in construction or project management

Responsibilities

  • Interview, evaluate, and onboard subcontracting crews based on licensing, experience, and craftsmanship.
  • Audit licenses, insurance, and certifications - track renewals to ensure 100% compliance.
  • Maintain a real-time database of crew credentials.
  • Review and adjust paysheets after installs and submit final approvals with accurate job reflection.
  • Review installation packages to confirm materials and scope align with the job.
  • Analyze and optimize crew scheduling for location, skills, and daily capacity.
  • Collaborate with scheduling and PM teams to reduce inefficiencies and maximize crew output.
  • Train new crews on company tools (iPad, RForce, Discord) and installation best practices.
  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of install checklists, lead forms, and paperwork.
  • Facilitate installation skills workshops to elevate quality and consistency.
  • Conduct on-site visits to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to brand standards.
  • Provide hands-on guidance and support when issues arise and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain constant communication between subcontractors, project managers, and schedulers.
  • Assist PMs in resolving customer issues promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor Net Promoter Score (NPS) metrics and drive improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute to the achievement of the Green Diamond Award (Project NPS ≥ 85).
  • Encourage a culture of accountability, growth, and top-tier customer experience.
