About The Position

KONE is seeking an Installation Superintendent for their Portland, OR location. This role involves managing local installation operations, leading a team on construction sites with multiple subcontractors, and prioritizing safety. The ideal candidate will have experience implementing and monitoring safety guidelines, providing learning opportunities for their team, managing schedules, tracking performance, and collaborating across the organization. A background in code requirements, building systems, and working with general contractors is essential. The role requires 5+ years of relevant construction expertise and supervisory experience, ideally with a union-represented workforce. An associate degree in a related field or equivalent experience is also necessary.

Requirements
