About The Position

Closets by Design is a well-established and growing custom closet and home organizing company. We are currently looking to add an Installation/Service Coordinator. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Installation Coordinator to oversee daily installation operations. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for installers, helpers, and clients. You will ensure projects run smoothly by scheduling dates, managing paperwork, and resolving on-site issues or errors efficiently.

Requirements

1-2 years of experience in dispatch, customer service/scheduling (which may be in the home improvement/building maintenance, appliance repair/installation, kitchen/bathroom installation as well as other closet/cabinet experience).
Must be able to demonstrate superior customer service skills from prior work experiences.
Good computer knowledge
Must be able to multitask and be highly organized.
Good communication skills

Dispatcher experience is great

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of the customers and scheduling for the installation department.
Troubleshoot and resolve immediate install department issues as they arise.
Manage and schedule each installation and service project from start to finish.
Interact with customers, designers and the production department.
Act as the main hub for real-time communication between field teams and the office.
