About The Position

Lead Installation Projects in a Growing Market Due to continued team growth in the La Crosse area , we are hiring an experienced Project Manager to lead residential installation projects from start to finish. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in construction, home improvement, or related field
  • Knowledge of installation practices and building codes
  • Proven ability to lead crews and manage field operations
  • Strong communication and customer-facing skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
  • Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as needed
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage residential home improvement installation projects from measurement through completion
  • Coordinate project schedules, materials, and installation crews
  • Serve as the primary communication point for homeowners throughout the project
  • Conduct job site visits to ensure quality, safety, and workmanship standards
  • Provide accurate measurements, scopes, and timelines
  • Identify risks and proactively solve project challenges
  • Supervise and support installation crews and foremen
  • Assign projects based on team strengths and availability
  • Monitor key metrics: quality, productivity, safety, attendance
  • Approve timecards and bonus structures
  • Coach teams to improve performance and reduce service issues
  • Maintain accurate job files and documentation
  • Partner with Operations and Customer Care teams
  • Identify trends and reduce service calls through training and process improvement
  • Ensure compliance with building codes and company standards
