The Installation Materials Department Manager is responsible for achieving sales budgets and providing an exceptional shopping experience to every customer. This role involves adhering to company guidelines for sales, customer service, and staff training and development. The manager will also drive and teach the P's of retail, engage customers to ensure a quality shopping experience, and strategically merchandise the store according to company guidelines. Maintaining store presentation standards, ensuring safety and security, and supporting a seamless customer service focus are key aspects of this position. The role also includes administrative duties such as conducting competitive shops, analyzing business reports, managing inventory, and interfacing with corporate headquarters. Supervisory responsibilities include scheduling, performance assessment, training, and development of store associates, as well as addressing performance issues and ensuring compliance with company policies. Store operations duties include assisting with HR and loss prevention issues and opening/closing the store.
