Administrative duties include conducting competitive shops, communicating pricing and inventory issues, analyzing business reports, and utilizing computer and point-of-sale systems for inventory management and profit and loss tracking. Supervisory responsibilities include ensuring adequate staffing, assessing associate performance, training and developing staff, monitoring retention, addressing performance issues, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Store operations involve assisting with HR and loss prevention issues, and opening/closing the store effectively.
