Requirements

Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record are required because this position requires regular driving to job sites to meet with homeowners and supervise projects
Experience in a customer service role
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in residential roofing, preferred

Responsibilities

Supervise multiple projects daily from start to finish
Work harmoniously with sales managers and production administrators to meet customer needs
Identify and mitigate risks to projects, proactively manage and escalate as required
Oversee and manage crew leaders and repair technicians to ensure projects are completed timely
Perform install and post-install inspections to uphold company processes and standards
Work closely with homeowners throughout their project to provide excellent customer service
Review and approve payroll for hourly employees
