While Houston, TX is the primary location for this position candidates will also be considered from Dallas, San Antonio and Austin, TX . As our Installation Manager , you will bring an understanding of code requirements and building systems knowledge to guide your team on the construction sites. Your familiarity in working with general contractors and effectively managing resources will lead to further success for yourself and the team. You will also be responsible for other Installation Supervisors/Superintendents with their own teams and making sure that site readiness is followed through for the various projects under your scope. Requirements

5+ years of relevant construction expertise.
Supervisory experience, ideally leading a union represented workforce.
Bachelor's or associate degree in a related field or 8+ years of experience in lieu of degree.
Familiarity and comfort in leading multiple teams on various construction sites with multiple subcontractors.
Professional experience where implementing and monitoring safety guidelines has been a top priority.
Success in effectively managing a schedule and tracking team's overall performance.
Ability to collaborate with all levels of the organization to achieve business goals.
Appetite for learning and leveraging new technologies.
