About The Position

The primary role of the Installation Manager is to effectively and efficiently manage the activities of installation teams from dispatch through job close-out. This role will also provide real-time on-job issue resolution between the consumer, THD, and ACS; adhering to our “Say Yes” values while maintaining financial objectives.

Requirements

Find joy in speaking with customers over the phone and are eager to find them the resolution needed.

Responsibilities

Manage the activities of installation teams from dispatch through job close-out.
Provide real-time on-job issue resolution between the consumer, THD, and ACS.
Make and receive a high number of scheduling calls.
Verify purchased items with the customer to ensure they receive the correct product.
Receive calls from the Installation team regarding their estimated time of arrival and when they arrive to the customers home.
Follow up with the customer upon installation to make sure they are highly satisfied.
