About The Position
Supreme Service Today is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Installation Manager to lead and oversee the installation operations across our service divisions. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring project completion on time and within budget, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. This role requires strategic planning, team leadership, and effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders to support the company's growth and reputation for excellence.
Requirements
- Proven experience in installation management, preferably within HVAC, plumbing, or related industries.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to develop and implement effective operational strategies and policies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of safety standards and regulatory compliance.
- Capacity to analyze operational performance and deliver improvements.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for project tracking and reporting.
