About The Position

Rite Rug has been one of the top privately owned flooring companies, since 1934! We are looking for a motivated, reliable, Installation Manager to join our team! If you are looking for a company where you are part of a family, then Rite Rug is the place for you! The purpose of this role is to ensure the customer has the best possible experience when having their new floors installed.

Requirements

• Have earned a Highschool Diploma or equivalent
• Must have exceptional customer services skills
• Be able to multi-task and prioritize the duties required
• Be able to lift at least 25 pounds
• Be able to work independently and problem solve

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the Flooring Industry or Construction is a plus.
• Ability to make product suggestions to customer to ensure the highest quality end result

Responsibilities

• Management of all installation and service of flooring within a specified geographic region
• Manage installation from beginning to end, keeping in close contact with the customer throughout the process
• Troubleshoot any installation/flooring issues to determine the best solution for the customer
• Work closely with retail sales team to understand the customer's needs
• Perform other duties as assigned
